Code §22350 - 22360. There are two types of registration forms -
individual and corporation.
Forms are available at the County Clerk’s
office or by calling the Clerk’s office at (530) 842-8084.
Registering Process Service Fee: $107.00
Fingerprint Record Check Fee: $56 (check yor money order to Department of
Justice)
Notary Bond Filing: $10.00
Recording Fee: $7 first page, $3 each additional page (8 ½ x 11 paper)
Requirements:
Registrant must present photo identification
Photo for ID card (1" x 1 ½") (only if individual - photo not required
for corporation)
Registrant must have two completed sets of fingerprint cards and check
or money order made out to Department of Justice in the amount of $56.
If registrant is a corporation, two completed sets of fingerprint cards
and the $56 fee must be submitted by each officer/general partner
Registrant must have $2,000 bond
Lost Process Server ID Card
Fee: $10
Bring new photograph (1" x 1 ½") into the Clerk’s office, with
identification, and a replacement ID card will be issued.
