Fee: $175
Notary Bond Filing Fee: $10.00
Recording Fee for Bond: $7 first page, $3 each additional page (8 ½ x 11
paper)
Additional ID Card - $7.00
Requirements:
Registrant must present photo identification
Registrant must have $25,000 bond or cashier's check or money order in
the amount of $25,000 (NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED)
Photo for ID card - size 1" x 1½ "
Lost ID Card: Fee: $10
Bring new photograph (1" x 1 ½") into the Clerk’s office, with
identification, and a replacement ID card will be issued.
