Individuals may file a notary oath and bond either in person or
through the U. S. Mail (certified mail). Contact the County Clerk’s
office at 842-8084 if you have any questions.
Clerk’s Filing Fee: $10
Recorder's Filing Fee: $7.00 for first page, $3 for each additional
page.
Individuals filing oath in person must present the following at the
Clerk’s office: notary bond, commission form from the Secretary of
State, two oath forms, photo identification and Clerk’s filing fee.
Individuals who mail oath form via certified mail: notary bond,
commission form from the Secretary of State, two completed signed and
notarized oath forms, and Clerk’s filing fee.
