About Our Office:
The Siskiyou County District Attorney’s
Office (Criminal Division) is located in the County
Courthouse at 311 Fourth Street, Room 204. Yreka, CA 96097. Our office is on the second floor, Room
204.
Office staff consists of twenty-three employees:
the District Attorney, the Assistant District Attorney,
six Staff Attorneys, one Office Coordinator, one Assistant Public
Administrator, one Victim Services Coordinator, two Victim Advocates,
one Chief Investigator, three Investigators and six Secretaries.
The goal of the District Attorney’s Office is to successfully prosecute
cases involving crimes committed in Siskiyou Country.
We are committed to prosecuting cases in a just and timely manner while
attempting to minimize the trauma victims are confronted with as a
result of crime.
We have established "Vertical Prosecution" teams (Domestic Violence,
Child Abuse, Violence Against Women, and Statutory Rape) who receive
specialized training to insure a more
professional, successful and victim supported prosecution.
