calling or e-mailing regarding an DCSS case must provide their
Participant Identification Number (this may be found on correspondence
received from our office, or obtained by calling a representative and
properly identifying yourself) AND social security
number prior to receiving specific case information. E-mail is
NOT secure and the DCSS discourages its use to transmit
confidential personal or case information.
