Surveyor/Engineer Division
The division has three major functions:
- Reviews and approves Record of Survey and Subdivision Maps.
- Reviews land development applications.
- Reviews and approves subdivision improvements.
Fee Schedule:
- Record Survey $100
- Parcel Map $200 + $40/hr. over 5 hours
- Final Map $200 + $40/hr. over 5 hrs.
- Lot stake check $100 + $2.00/lot
- Tentative Subdivision Map $200 + $1.50/lot
- Improvement Plan check actual cost
- Improvement Inspection actual cost
