Instructions for Viewing Board
Agendas and Supporting Documents Effective September 1, 2009
-
Select the meeting date and time in the left
column. This will open the agenda for that meeting.

Scroll
through the agenda and click on the blue portion of the
item whose supporting documents you wish to view.
Note: not all blue highlighted agenda items have supporting
documents associated with them.

In the Documents area (center left) of
the Web page click on the document you wish to view.
This will cause on PDF link labeled " All Pages" and one or more TIF links to appear in the
Pages area (lower left) of the Web page.

In the Pages area, either click on the "
All Pages" link to view the entire document in PDF format,
OR click the link of each TIF to view individual pages of
the same document.
When you click the link, the contents of the file
will open in a new browser window.
Note: to view some
types of files, you may need to install additional
plug-ins on your computer - see System Requirements
section below.

To search the displayed agenda:
-
If using
Internet Explorer, type your search term in the Search box
and click Find
-
If using
FireFox, click on the displayed agenda then on the top
menu bar click Edit,
-
Find in
page.
-
If using
Netscape, click on the displayed agenda then on the top
menu bar click
-
Search,
Find in this Page
-
If using
any other browser, click on the displayed agenda and then
use your browser's Find feature
-
To print the entire agenda, click the Printer Friendly
Agenda link, if available.
If the link is not available or does not work,
right-click on any portion of the displayed agenda and select
print.
- To print a supporting document, select to view the
document, then select File Print on the window in which the
document is displayed.
System Requirements for Viewing " All Pages" document
The " All Pages" (PDF) links require you to have Adobe Acrobat
Reader installed on your computer.
To check if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader
installed, click here.
If the document did not open or opened but
did not display any text, you will need to download and
install the latest version of Acrobat Reader.

System Requirements for
Viewing Individual documents
The " Page" links require you to have a TIF image viewer installed
on your computer.
To check if you have TIF image viewer
installed, click here.
If the document did not open or opened but did not allow
you to resize the document, we recommend that you select to
view "
All Pages" (PDF) version of the document rather than
the TIF version.
