School Development Fees have been adopted by most school districts. The Building Division will complete the development forms for the appropriate school district(s) at the time of plan check. The school fees must be paid prior to permit issuance directly to the school district(s).
The Building Division generally takes about two weeks after you have received the other agency approvals to review your plans and specifications.
