The Siskiyou County
District Attorneys Office (Criminal Division) is located in the County Courthouse at
311 Fourth Street. Our office is on the second floor, Room 204.
Office staff consists of twenty-six employees: the
District Attorney, the Assistant District Attorney, the DA Administrator, six Staff
Attorneys, one Office Coordinator, one Assistant Public Administrator, four Victim
Advocates, five Investigators and six Secretaries.
The goal of the District Attorneys
Office is to successfully prosecute cases involving crimes committed in Siskiyou Country.
We are committed to prosecuting cases in
a just and timely manner while attempting to minimize the trauma victims are confronted
with as a result of crime.
We have established "Vertical
Prosecution" teams (Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, Violence Against Women, and
Statutory Rape) who receive specialized training to insure a more professional, successful
and victim supported prosecution.

an answer.
Our office is
prohibited from giving legal advice to the general public and from speaking either in
