The Siskiyou Modoc Regional Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) consists of a staff dedicated to the common purpose of enhancing and improving the lives of the children we serve. While financial support is clearly but one element shared by two parents in the raising of happy and healthy children, history indicates it is the starting point from which parents maintain or rebuild bonds with their separated children.

The information provided at this web site will introduce or clarify many of the processes followed by the child support agency to ensure that our goals are accomplished.

Driver License Release Program
Extended office hours for August special:
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 8am-5pm
Wednesdays: 8am-7pm
Saturday, August 15 and 29 10am-2pm

For the month of August: 

You may come into the local Yreka office to discuss license release terms no matter which county is managing your case (or cases).

In most cases, you will be asked to agree to reasonable, regular payments on the account.  ALL OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Be ready to pay the agreed upon amount at the time of the office visit.  You may pay by cash, check, money order or credit card.
