Personal Health Division
Public
Health Nursing promotes and preserves the health of the community by utilizing principles
of public health and epidemiology, providing health education, and coordinating measures
of prevention.
Personal Health Services
Division of Siskiyou County Public Health oversees the following programs: California
Children's Services (CCS), Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP), Family
Planning, HIV/AIDS, Maternal Child and Adolescent Health (MCAH), Tobacco Education Program, and Women, Infants and
Children (WIC).
