Siskiyou County Health Partnership

The Siskiyou County Health Partnership is a broad-based coalition of individual citizens, public agencies, nonprofit organizations and private businesses from throughout Siskiyou County. The goal of the partnership is "to promote coordination among, and innovation in, activities that enhance the well being of the people of Siskiyou County."

General Demographics

California Department of Finance: - Provides data files on the county's population and ethnicity, to include projections.
U.S. Bureau of the Census: - Provides census data and has the ability to create maps (TIGER mapping service). (Note: The 2000 census data has not become available yet.)
Health Statistics
California Department of Health Services: - Provides a variety of health statistics, to include AIDS rates, birth rates, death rates, teen birth and pregnancy rates, diabetes, MediCal participants, and vital statistics.
Centers for Disease Control: - provides a variety of national health statistics, and includes the Healthy People 2010 objectives and indicators.
