NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that after a thorough review of the Bid Proposals submitted in response to  the above-referenced RFP,  the staff of the Siskiyou County Community Development Department intends to recommend to the Board of Supervisors that award be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Hayes & Sons, Inc.

Please be advised that, in accordance with the terms of the RFP, any protest of contractor award must be filed within five calendar days of the posting of this Notice.  Protests must be mailed to or delivered in person to 806 South Main Street, Yreka, California 96097. 

Thank you for your interest in this project.  Your participation is encouraged with regard to the County’s future endeavors.
