Mobile Health Services
Mobile Clinic
The Wellness on Wheels (WOW) Mobile Clinic is a 30-foot clinic on wheels that provides FREE health services at various locations throughout the county to community members who may have barriers to accessing basic healthcare. The clinic includes a waiting area, consultation space, and a medical exam room.
The WOW team includes a nurse practitioner, a registered nurse, and a community health worker.
Services Provided:
- Blood pressure checks
- Blood glucose checks
- Pre-diabetes risk screening
- Basic wound care
- Personalized health plans
- At-home, self-collect STI, Heart Health, Diabetes, and Colon Cancer tests
Patients are served on a drop-in basis; no appointment is needed.
