Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson will be available (First, Second, Additional and Boosters).

• If you have had a severe allergic reaction to any of the components in the covid-19 vaccine (polysorbate or polyethylene glycol) contact your provider to receive the vaccine.
• Be advised that there is a 15-30 minute observation time after each injection; plan schedules accordingly.

Please arrive at your scheduled time and bring the following item:

• Vaccination record card if second or third dose.
