Submit Water Truck Photos

This online submission form has been created to allow the public to send the Sheriff photos of water trucks seen on roads where they are not legally authorized to travel.  You can only submit one photo under 5 MB in size per field.  The form below allows for three photos each in their own field.  You must at least add one in the first file field as it is required.
 

 

Where was the photo taken? Road, Street, etc.
Include all details needed to uniquely identify the photos you are submitting.
Files must be less than 5 MB.
