FREE Household Waste Dump Day

Caltrans and Siskiyou County General Services Department are partnering to pay for Siskiyou County residents to dump their household waste for FREE at the Oberlin Transfer Station and Black Butte Transfer Station on August 26, September 30, and October 28.

Oberlin Transfer Station
2420 Oberlin Road, Yreka, CA
9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

Black Butte Transfer Station
3710 Spring Hill Road, Mt. Shasta, CA
9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

To help minimize traffic, we recommend that you use this opportunity to only bring items that qualify for the free dump day and plan a separate trip to bring any other items that need to be disposed of. Make sure you properly secure your load prior to transport!
