Free At-Home Health Tests

SCPH has free STI (Sexually Transmitted Infections) and Wellness tests. The tests are easy & convenient tests you take at home, and are available to anyone in the community, 18+ years old.

STI Test
Tests for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV, and trichomoniasis.

Knowing your sexually transmitted infection (STI) status is a critical step to stopping STI transmission. If you know you are infected you can take steps to protect yourself and your partners. Many STIs can be easily diagnosed and treated.

Wellness Tests
Tests are available for:

• Heart Health (tests for Cholesterol, LDL (Low-Density Lipoprotein), Hemoglobin A1c, HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein), and Total Triglycerides)
• Colon Cancer Screening test (fecal immunochemical test (FIT) tests for blood in the stool)
• Diabetes (test measures your HbA1c levels)
