Refugee Assistance

The Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) program provides cash assistance, Medi-Cal, and CalFresh to refugees for up to 12 months. The benefits start with the month in which the person was admitted into the U.S. as a refugee, the date asylum was granted, or from the date of application for aid was received (for trafficking and crime victims).

• You may fax your application in at 530-841-2723
• You may also apply in person at 818 South Main Street in Yreka.
