Applications and Permits

Numerous applications are processed entirely or in part by the Planning Division.

Starting Friday, September 3, 2021, Siskiyou County Planning Division will no longer accept new Use Permit applications for Short-Term Vacation Rentals on properties under 2.5-acres countywide.

Each form from the Planning Division is accompanied by a Guide that is an integral part of the application itself.  If you don't see the application you need, contact the Planning Division for application submittal requirements.
